What do you mean “pay later”?

We will scan your space at no upfront cost, show you how it works, what it looks like and how to use it. You will have one week to test the scan to see if it is beneficial to you. If and only if you are 100% satisfied with our product, then you will pay.

What type of cameras and technology does our team use?

We use Matterport Pro2 Camera and their corresponding services. They are the industry standard for 3D space capture. Their all-in-one platform transforms real-life spaces into immersive digital twin models.

What is the turn around time from the beginning of the scan to the final product?

We typically allocate about 1-2 working days for a typical scan size. This time frame could vary based on the size of your space and any additional features you wish to add, such as tags.

How is the final product provided to you?

The final scan product is provided to you as a web link that you may use as you wish. It is most commonly used as an embedded link on a website, email lists, web blasts, and social media management.

Other forms of collateral features such as the snapshots, highlight reels and schematic floor plans are provided as raw files.

When do we pay and how much is the scan?

A quote for the final scan is provided upon full approval and satisfaction of our customers. Our pricing is based on space size in sqm, number of scans, frequency and any additional features.

Is there a size limit to what we are able to scan?

No. We will work with what you have.

Is there a refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with our scan by the end of our process, you will not pay for anything at all.

What are the payment terms?

We offer several types of payment terms. One time payments, scan now pay later and subscription-based plans.
